On AiR shows works from the Artist in Residence collection in Idar-Oberstein from 2006 to 2023.
The Department of Gemstones and Jewellery at Trier University of Applied Sciences, together with the Jakob Bengel Foundation and supported by the city of Idar-Oberstein, launched their Artist in Residence Programme in May 2006. Jewellery artists can use the workshops of the Department of Gemstones and Jewellery and the Jakob Bengel Industrial Monument for between 1-3 months. During this time, they can live cost-free in one of Jakob Bengel’s former workers’ residences and receive a small stipend.
mudac presents Space is the place, a programme that focuses on the complex
relationship between the cosmos and our planet. Bringing together the work of
designers, artists and science fiction writers, as well as a wide range of stakeholders
in these issues, the programme includes two exhibitions, three publications and a series of events.
An old public piscine is being transformed into an innovative contemporary art exhibition space. The space will feature artworks from a variety of artists and mediums, including painting, sculpture, video, and installation. The exhibition will explore themes of water, swimming, leisure, and community.

Hugo Meert is the organizer of the modern art exhibit for the 56th Saint Martin Festival. He has planned an art route where he invites viewers to explore the unique worlds of 10 artists who will display their work. The exhibit will showcase a variety of diverse and distinct artistic universes, which is why the route is named UN[D]IVERS.
